Warranty Policy

  • Products eligible for warranty must retain intact labels, branding, and must still be within the warranty period as specified in Bảo An’s policy.

  • Bảo An only accepts warranty requests for products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is a Bảo An-branded item, purchased from the official website www.baoanvn.com.

  • The product is covered by a warranty policy.

  • The product still has Bảo An’s original warranty seal intact.

  • The product is still within the warranty period (from the date of purchase).

  • The product has a manufacturer defect.
    → Note: The warranty does not apply to damages caused by user error, such as dropping, breaking, cracking, bending, or natural wear and tear over time.
