Return and Exchange Policy:

All purchased products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for certain items covered under a warranty policy (please refer to the Warranty Policy section [here]).

Upon receiving the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the items (model, design, quantity, quality, etc.):

If the delivery personnel delivers the wrong item or the product is dented, damaged, or has manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery and return the item directly to the delivery staff. No additional charges will be applied in this case.

If the customer agrees to accept the goods, any complaints or return/exchange requests afterward will not be accepted.
